If there is a problem with
workmanship you may return the goods and receive a full refund for the
item within 28 days of purchase
with our full apology.
This also applies if a CD,
video or DVD is faulty, not if you just don't like the content.
If you have ordered a made to
measure costume I regret that I cannot accept returns if you have
changed your mind or decided to change the colour. The costume will have
already been ordered to your initial specifications. If you change
your mind, you would loose the deposit. Obviously if anything is
incorrect it can be returned with a full refund.
if the sizing is
completely wrong (you may have to change the position of hooks), then I
can also provide a complete refund or reorder the costume for you.
If the dress has been
worn, is stained, smells of smoke or is damaged in any way then I regret
I will not be able to accept it.
Postage:
I regret I are unable to re-imburse
postage costs. If a refund is required for any goods then it will
be minus postage.
If you have paid by credit
card, your card will be credited with any refund. If you paid by
cash / cheque, a cheque will be sent to you. I aim to process all
refunds within 4 - 5 working days of receiving the goods back in the
office. If you are returning a more expensive item, I suggest you
take out insurance as I cannot refund any items if I do not receive them
back. |
