This video contains an in depth explanation of basic steps featured in volume 1.  There are also combinations using previously featured and new steps.

The video starts with some folkloric dance – including the spoon dance & a piece with Melaya from Alexandria.

Soraya, Leila, Yasmina, Kasoumi and Katia are the dancers performing Raqia’s choreographies.

Shalaby demonstrates some fabulous stick work.  The video is worth every penny just for this.  It is not broken down much but done slowly so you can get the gist.
