Velour and chiffon tie top.  Simple, cheap and effective.  Comfy to wear either by itself or over the top of something else.  The full length sleeves are split at the end, allowing them to hang freely and move with the dancer.  The body of the top is in velour, the sleeves and ties are in chiffon.  It fastens at the front and the ties hang down swaying with each move.
