How to Order & Returns Policy

Returns

To qualify for a refund or exchange of goods you MUST return the item within 28 days of purchase.  We would appreciate you sending any returns back as soon as possible.  If you have paid by credit card your card will be recredited with a refund - we may have to contact you re card details as we only hold information for a short time as a security measure, so don't forget to put in a note who the item is from, also contact details including phone number and email.  If you are returning an expensive item we suggest you return it insured post as we cannot refund any items if they go missing.  Unfortunately postage is not reimbursed - so please contact us first if you are ordering an expensive item and are unsure regarding measurements/suitability.

 If item has been worn, is stained, smells of smoke, or is damaged in any way we cannot refund or exchange it. 

Colour
If you buy separates then the colour may not be an exact match if the items are from different designers or made fromdifferent materials. Most will tone in - particularly with the addition of the right coloured hip scarf. If you want an exact match, please specify on your order then we can tell you in advance if it is not possible. Full costumes or anything sold as a set are obviously the same colour.

Custom Made Costumes - we now do very few of these as we were having problems with the suppliers getting the costumes correct.  However we sometimes have Eman Zaki with us at some events, such as Shimmy in the City and Fantasia, if you attend these events it may be possible to get a made to measure costume as Eman would be able to meet and discuss requirements with you. 

Special Orders require a non refundable deposit, depending how much your costume costs
