How to Order & Returns Policy

Returns

To qualify for a refund or exchange of goods you MUST return the item within 28 days of purchase.  We would appreciate you sending any returns back as soon as possible.  If you have paid by credit card your card will be recredited with a refund - we may have to contact you re card details as we only hold information for a short time as a security measure, so don't forget to put in a note who the item is from, also contact details including phone number and email.  If you are returning an expensive item we suggest you return it insured post as we cannot refund any items if they go missing.  Unfortunately postage is not reimbursed - so please contact us first if you are ordering an expensive item and are unsure regarding measurements/suitability.

 If item has been worn, is stained, smells of smoke, or is damaged in any way we cannot refund or exchange it. 

Colour
If you buy separates then the colour may not be an exact match if the items are from different designers or made fromdifferent materials. Most will tone in - particularly with the addition of the right coloured hip scarf. If you want an exact match, please specify on your order then we can tell you in advance if it is not possible. Full costumes or anything sold as a set are obviously the same colour.

Custom Costumes
If you order a Made to Measure costume, a deposit will be required. This will be between £75 - £150 dependant on the costume. We take the deposit when we accept your order but do not take the balance until you have received your costume and are happy with it. There are likely to be one or two alterations still required as it is almost impossible to make something a perfect fit without the person there to do a fitting with. To order, click on the design you want and go through inputting your credit card details as if you were ordering the one there. Send a separate e-mail to us with the information below. Remember to specify colour combinations. If the costume is not what you asked for or the measurements are completely wrong, you can of course have a full refund.
