Straight velour
skirt with elasticated waist. The velour goes down to the knees at
which point there are chiffon inserts which make the bottom half
flare out. Each insert is hemmed with a sequin & bead border. The
hem of the skirt has plastic wire inserted which makes it stand out
and gives it more shape. A fabulous skirt for all occasions.
