A great way to start a hafla! There is nothing Belly Dancers like better than dressing up in sparkly frocks!

Used as a publicity tool, this could attract a lot more people to your event. If you like, we can provide music for the whole night - we stock all the current Cairo hits as well as old favourites
(You could also decide to make a day or even weekend of it and provide workshops by Kay, or Kay and Christine) .

Do you have dancers that want to perform?  Break up the evening with performances.

You provide: Venue

                          Models  (between 10 - 20)

                          Sound system

                          Publicity / ticket system

We provide:   Blurb / photos for publicity

                          Costumes for fashion show

                          Music for fashion show

                          Co-ordinate fashion show

Optional:        Professional performances by Kay, and depending whose has travelled with Kay, possibly performances by Christine and Desiree the fabulous dancing horse.

                      We require:

Exclusivity - ie Farida are the only vendor there unless agreed differently beforehand.

                        A minimum of 70 people attending the hafla.

Costs:

We hope to sell costumes and make money from the event but this is never guaranteed!  You also need to make money from the event.

We need money to cover diesel.

You need money to cover venue / sound / lighting hire.

These will be paid out of ticket sales.

Any profits from ticket sales will be split between you (70%) and Farida (30%).  This is to cover our time and effort involved in the fashion show.  And yours for the organisation & publicity.
