The Farida Souk is available to book for your belly dance event. The souk is available by it's self or with a fashion show. The fashion show is only 15 - 20 minutes long.  It should be short and sweet.  It works well as the opener to a hafla.

If you like, we can provide music for the whole night - we stock all the current Cairo hits as well as old favourites.

Do you have dancers that want to perform?  Break up the evening with performances.

                          Co-ordinate fashion show

Optional:   Professional performance by Kay and fusion or traditioanl piece by Christine
                          Farida to provide music for Arabic disco.
Appearance by The Great Desiree - Dessie does like you to make a small donation to an animal charity of her choice in return for her colourful appearance, and she sometimes needs someone to join her as the back end (this is a great honour)

We require: Somewhere to stay for 2 people if too far to travel home, we are very easy going and have slept in places ranging from our van, a tent, floors to palatial surroundings. We love animals too so don't mind any four legged friends you may have.

Exclusivity - ie Farida are the only vendor there unless agreed differently beforehand.

                        A minimum of 70 people attending the hafla.

Costs:

We hope to sell costumes and make money from the event but this is never guaranteed!  You also need to make money from the event.

We need money to cover diesel.

You need money to cover venue / sound / lighting hire.

These will be paid out of ticket sales.
