If there is anything
you want to do or see specifically, let us
know and we will either include it in the schedule or facilitate it so
you can do it. This is obviously dependant on availability etc.
When your deposit is
received, we will send out confirmation of your booking.
I suggest you wait
until we send you our flight details before booking your flight.
The Rakassa holidays will only run with a minimum amount of people.
The balance is due 8
weeks prior to departure date.
2 - 3 weeks
beforehand, you will receive information on additional options which you
may want to participate in. This will also include information on any
of the inclusive activities.
Your Cancellation Rights
On receipt of your
deposit, you have 28 days within which to cancel and receive a full
refund.
If you choose to
cancel after this time and up to 4 weeks before the departure date, 50%
of the deposit is deducted to cover costs incurred. Any difference and
balance already paid would be refunded.
If you cancel within
the last 4 weeks prior to the holiday date, £100 is
non refundable. Any balance already paid would be returned in full.
CANCELLATIONS by us.
In the unlikely event that we may have to cancel your holiday, we will
let you know at least 2 months beforehand and refund all monies. Some
of the trips have to have a minimum amount of participants –
particularly the Rakassa study course.
Price increases
The cost of the holidays
is worked out well in advance. Farida Adventures retain the right
to add up to 20% on the cost of your holiday if there are any unexpected
price increases between the publication of the brochure and the holiday
taking place. We obviously aim not to do this. If the price
increases by more than 10%, you have the right to cancel with no penalty
and receive a full refund.
Your Security
Farida Adventures
has the security of a trust fund which in the case of insolvency will
refund any holiday monies paid in advance.
