Dandesh is from Alexandria and dances in the clubs on Pyramid Road. She is fun and lively.  Her Khalegy or gulf dancing is fabulous as she often has Saudis in her audience. 

When she danced at Raqia Hassans festival in 2002, she did a full oriental set and amazed everyone.  She has a great sense of humour and plays with her audience. 

Dandesh has recently started teaching.  She is self taught and happy to spend time going over movements.  She taught for the first time at the Ahlan wa Sahlan festival this year and her class was enjoyed by all.

Dandesh came to the UK with the Farha Tour and was our star dancer in the Cairo nights show in 2005.
