Cairo Beats

A new twist for a night out. A mixed Arabic and Western Club night. Cairo Beats combines all your favourites of a hafla and a night on the town. why not bring your friends for a club night with a difference. Wow them with your Fab wardrobe and eastern moves. 

The next Cairo Beats will be April 20th at The Studio, Hartlepool.

Performances by professional belly dancers will inspire you. 3 Dance shows each night from  the top dancers and starlets of the region! Over 18's only. The dance shows will be at 8.30pm, 9.30pm & 10.30pm. Our DJ  will ply you with mixed Arabic and Western sounds between shows. Initially we were doing nights bi-monthly at The Powerhouse in Newcastle, along with nights every few months at The Studio in Hartlepool. Unfortunately we haven't had enough interest to sustain the bi-monthly Powerhouse nights so the one scheduled for May 27th is CANCELLED. We will be planning more in the future but dates are yet to be announced. For information on all events send us your email details and ask to be put on the email information list.

Our January Cairo Beats had guest dancers Raphaelle Masson and Laura Watts.

Raphelle did a stunning veil piece, then showed us how the choregraphy we had been doing that afternoon - should look!  Then a very mysterious and atmospheric fusion piece which was perfect for a nightclub setting.

All in all a great night, with a really good and mixed crowd of punters too.
