A gorgeous skirt by the sadly missed designer Madam Abla.
The top of the skirt is an opulent velvet with Madam Abla's beautiful beadwork decoration. The bottom flares out with beautifully decorated chiffon. Although the top is elasticated there is not a lot of give in the skirt because of all the beadwork. The skirt wraps around and fastens at the front.
