Aida Noor is a well known
dancer and teacher from Cairo, and she certainly knows how to design
glamorous and flattering costumes, many of which I think have a 40's
feel, with antique beads
and simple uncluttered
lines.
Another unfussy yet
glamorous costume, the material has a sheen to it and is decorated
with tiny
gold beads around the bra
and hips, these are complemented by long gold strands of beads in an
asymmetrical design on one on side of the bra, the other side has
beautiful glittering stones.
The skirt is also an
asymmetrical design, with gold strands one side and a sheer panel
the other.
Although Aida's costumes
are quite expensive and don't usually have accessories,
they are really unique and
a joy to wear,.
