Raqia Hassan is one of Cairo's most well known and respected choreographer/dancers and knows what looks and feels good in a costume.
This costume is simple but beautiful, the pale blue offset with glittering diamente stones and strands, and the hips accentuated with a band of water chiffon.
Although Raqia's costumes are quite expensive and don't include accessories they are really unusual and comfortable to wear too.
